Shipping and Cancellation Policy

All items are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We do not ship international at this time. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days or longer for customization as stated in the product listing and must be cancelled prior to shipment or prior to production for custom orders. Once a tracking number has been obtained we are unable to cancel the shipment and the buyer is free to return the item according with our return policy. Please note that I am a working constable and issues may arise where I cannot get the product out in a timely manner. While this is rare, please be patient if this happens.
