Return Policy

Returns are accepted up to thirty (30) days from date of purchase.  Returns must be in unused, perfect condition with original packaging.  Items may be exchanged for another item with the buyer responsible for the price difference and shipping.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the wrong product was sent by the seller.   If the buyer is requesting a refund, the item will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Shipping fees are nonrefundable.  Please send us an email at constablewarehouse@gmail.com to obtain authorization prior to returning any items.  Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.  Items that have been custom ordered or have been customized are not returnable.  Buyer is responsible for correct spelling and color choice upon ordering the product.

Chargeback Policy

A chargeback is when a customer forces a refund or disputes the charges through their credit card company or bank after the product has been shipped and does not return the product.  The policy of Constable Warehouse is to treat this action as theft and appropriate charges will be filed against the customer with the District Attorney or Pennsylvania State Police.  If a chargeback is performed, the customer is authorizing Constable Warehouse to make the issue and all details thereof public.  If you have an issue with your order, contact us before you do anything.  The customer will be held responsible for the total cost of the purchase and all additional fees including bank, financial, and legal fees.

Warranty

Products purchased through constablewarehouse.com have been verified in good, working condition or condition stated in the listing prior to shipping.  All product defects or any warranty claims must be dealt with through the manufacturer by the end user or buyer.  If the product is branded ”10-8 Solutions”, please send and email to constablewarehouse@gmail.com for any issues with the product.
